Customized Digital Services
GoChange Tech provides customized digital services. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the agreed scope, work already completed, costs already incurred and any specific written agreement made before the project begins.
Before Work Begins
If a project is cancelled before work has started, any refund or cancellation handling should follow the applicable project agreement and payment arrangement.
After Work Has Started
Once research, campaign setup, content work, optimization, data collection or other project work has begun, amounts relating to completed work or committed costs may not be refundable.
Service Concerns
If you believe the agreed service has not been delivered according to scope, contact GoChange Tech promptly with the relevant project details so the matter can be reviewed.
Approved Refunds
Any approved refund should be processed according to the payment method, platform rules and project agreement applicable to the transaction.
